Dean Koontz is one of my favorite authors and I have read most of his books. What I liked about this one was the light hearted and comical approach, unlike his usual, fear driven intensity. How I missed this one earlier, is beyond me. The intensity was still present, but, with comic relief, kept me turning the pages late into the night.
